As one of the leading net manufacturers, Meyabond supplies a variety of nets from anti insect net to ground cover mesh to sun shade net. We have been manufacturing nets since 2008. We specialize in the production and trading of nets for agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, and other industrial uses nets.
For example, our HDPE mesh net works very well and receives good comments from customers. The HDPE monofilament is the ideal raw material to produce nets with strong resistance to atmospheric agents. In fact, the polyethylene granules are carefully mixed with anti-oxidant additives thus granting a high resistance to the usury determined by UV rays.
The wide warehouse permits to store a good quantity of nets in order to satisfy orders quickly. Moreover, an efficient organisation of production department allow to dispatch easily also the requests of non-standard products.
The nets woven in the factory are entirely made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) monofilament. The yarns are obtained from the extrusion of Polyethylene granules inside our factory, which guarantees product quality control during the entire manufacturing process.
The rolls have a paper tube, poly bag, and a pp woven bag. There are also some goods in the carton, packed in pallets for easy loading and unloading and transportation.
Certificates: Meyabond has passed SGS certification and ISO 9001. Our products pass the quality requirements of international testing agencies.
Meyabond is a manufaturer for agriculture net , we have our own factory, factory uses “SUIZER ” Textile machinery and equipment imported from European.
Meyabond has a quality management and control laboratory. In order to ensure high quality standards, the laboratory collects samples during the production process and final products for testing.
Samples are subjected to rigorous analysis to determine if the product meets stringent quality requirements and sample reports are safely stored in an archive.
In addition, we have a professional technical team that can regularly maintain and repair all machines to ensure our production capacity and quality.
