The Guide to the Sun Protection Net for Plants

1.An early stage coverage for leafy vegetables. The steps are as follow: Cover the seedbed with the sun protection net for plants immediately after sowing. Lift up the net 80-100 cm above the ground by bamboo sticks at both ends of the seedbed after the emergence. 10-20 days later, remove the net leaving the leaves to play their duty of covering the seedbed, that is, it’s time for the uncovered growth.

3.A nursery stage coverage for early sowing vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower and tomatoes, etc. in the hot and rainy summer or autumn.
Methods: (1) Direct seeding: After 10-20 days early stage coverage with the sun protection net for plants, wait for strong sprouts to remove the black gauze for a natural growth. (2) Transplanting: After 5-10 days coverage, transplant the youth around the 15th day of the seedling stage with an additional 5-day-coverage afterwards.
