UV Stabilized HDPE Olive Net for Olive Harvest

Olive net is also called olive harvest netting or olive catching net. Olive net is made of light weight flexible and durable material UV stabilized polyethylene monofilament. The nets available have various kinds of meshes in order to optimize the different harvesting methods of olives and fruits. Every net is suitable for a different application such as natural falling harvesting, hand harvesting or mechanized harvesting. Olive harvest netting is widely used in olive oil-rich Mediterranean neighboring countries.

Olive nets are frequently used in areas rich in olives. However, our olive nets are also used for other fruit harvest in agriculture.

By building a net system hanging among fruit trees, farmers can protect your soft ripe fruit from hitting the ground directly. Knitted nets, compared to plastic film, allow water to pass through, reducing fruit decay and damage to the grass below when laying nets on the ground to catch the fruit.

The olive catching net is laid around the tree to catch falling fruit during harvest, to reduce the scratching between olive fruit and rough ground.

A slit in netting allows it to be pulled around trunk.
